- Download the entry form as a Microsoft Word form (MS Word 2003 or later required) which can be saved onto your computer, filled in using your keyboard, and once saved again, can be emailed to: tournaments@x-fidos.org.

- Regular Class – $95.00 US
- Open Class – $95.00 US Checks should be made out to "The X-Fidos".
